The way I see it is if I skip one burger and five beers at the weekend thats the weight of a Ti spring!! The Itense tyres are heavy so most of the weight is there (although they are staying because they are good), I think it was 41lbs when built, I will weigh it again I honestly can't remember...... That said because the weight in the frame is low down you do not feel any struggle flinging it about when riding it.

Sorry missed this comment. The frame is medium and I'm 178cm or 5:10" and the med is perfect for me but I dont have any growing to do!!

It is v-good, so far it is the best bike I have flung a leg over (but I'm no test rider!) Yes the BB is low and I have clipped my pedals a few times, better shock setup will help this you just have to be aware of it. I once owned a 2001 DHR and the BB was the same, once you get the hang of it you naturally adjust you feet going into sections without thinking. Get all the benefits of the BB on the corner etc ...... and yes it pedal v-well.

I came from a 2005 DHR that I could not see past, this model however within 3 runs I was completely blown away!
