quotes You hang of the back more on flats because most riders push their heels down a little bit more to stick to the pedals. When using clips your heels are up a little thus changes your weight distribution on the bike forward (remember 1mm of a difference will change how much weight is on the bars instead of the pedals/rear). You may ride in the same position using both methods; well done you are different :-)
